The RNA Placement Program is an innovative project designed for PhD students, researchers, post-docs, fellows, research grant holders, and technologists involved in the National Center. The initiative aims to enhance the employability of PhD graduates and researchers while simultaneously building a functional and sustainable model beyond the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
Offering a series of targeted activities to increase participants’ understanding of opportunities in the gene therapy and RNA technology job market, the RNA Placement Program program includes:

Thanks to a dedicated search engine for participating PhD students, PhD graduates, and researchers, companies can identify candidates based on competence clusters and affiliated universities. Participants can independently update their profiles, including professional experiences and other valuable information for companies.
